Concrete Sealing & Densification

Concrete sealing and densification systems are designed to improve durability, reduce dusting, and extend the service life of large-scale industrial slabs. Untreated concrete can generate surface dust, absorb moisture, and wear prematurely under heavy traffic.

We penetrating sealers and densifiers that chemically react within the concrete to harden the surface from the inside out. The result is a stronger, low-maintenance floor that performs reliably in demanding warehouse and logistics environments.

Designed for Warehousing and Commercial Facilities

Penetrating sealers increase abrasion resistance while helping protect against moisture and surface contamination. Improved light reflectivity enhances facility brightness, while dust reduction creates cleaner working conditions for equipment and personnel.

Common applications include distribution centres, manufacturing facilities, commercial developments, parking structures, and large industrial slabs.

Surface Preparation and Application

Proper surface preparation is essential to ensure consistent penetration and long-term performance of penetrating sealers and densification systems. Concrete surfaces must be free of dust, curing compounds, oils, construction debris, and other contaminants that can prevent proper absorption into the slab.

Core Coating utilizes industrial-grade cleaning equipment, including large ride-on floor scrubbers and high-capacity cleaning systems, to thoroughly wash and prepare large-scale slabs prior to application. Mechanical preparation methods are used where required to remove surface contamination and ensure uniform sealer penetration across the entire floor.

Following preparation, sealers and densifiers are applied evenly to allow deep chemical reaction within the concrete, creating a hardened surface designed to withstand heavy traffic and daily operational use.
